11:00 Jordan POOPs on the potty (yep and WOW!)

11:30 Return movie to Blockbuster

11:45 Wash and cut fruit for the week

12:00 Lunch for Jordan

12:15 Starting packing list for trip to Sugar Land

12:30 3rd load of laundry

1:15 Nap time is here!

Two Times for a Two Year Old

Jordan surprised us all today at school. She went PeePee on the potty at school today. Not once, but twice! Certainly not a fluke if she used it twice, right? Yippee - we might be done with diapers in the near future! Congrats to you big girl!

Promotion Tuesday

Jordan started in the Two's class today! We sent her off loaded down with her new PINK backpack, pink lunchbox, princess folder, two changes of clothes, and a sippy cup! We had already brought in the other $50 bucks worth of required classroom school supplies. She was ready to go with her Whole Grain Waffles in hand (breakfast to go). Mark dropped her off and reported that there were NO TEARS and she seemed pretty content in the new classroom. Her morning buddy, Drew, was also promoted today and Mark reported that little Drew was not nearly as happy in the new room as Jordan. Poor buddy. Pictures to follow later this week.

Almost exactly five years ago my Dad walked me down the aisle, and this weekend he walked his new daughter-in-law down the aisle at my parent's house. Gary and Cristina were married at a small, family ceremony on Sunday afternoon. We had CAKE and champagne and a late lunch at PF Chang's. It was a perfect way to celebrate their special day! And to think, my parents will always have an easy time with our anniversaries - both in August and 5 years apart. Welcome to the family, Cristina! See you in November for the wedding reception (party)!!

Sunglasses

Since I have not owned or worn sunglasses in quite some time, I believe the teachers at school must wear their shades on their heads. Jordan insisted on wearing her purple sunglasses for quite a bit of the afternoon - but only wearing them on her head!
