Go Fly a Kite

Last weekend it was so windy and Mark and Jordan flew her first kite together in the backyard.  I think Mark had more fun than Jordan, but it was still a good time.  Of course Target did not have any "girl kites" so they had to get a green monster box kite.  Not Jordan's preference, but she was okay with it.

Brooke Tanner Goolsby

Born April 7, 2012 - 8 lbs and 6 oz. My newest Niece!!! Already 22 inches long at 12 days old. :) Just a beautiful baby. Can't wait to meet her in late May.

Nine Month Photos

Lovejoy spring fling and fun

Spending the afternoon at the Lovejoy preschool PTA spring fling and time outside on the play set! Pony rides, cart rides, bounce house, face painting - all the fun little girls could want! Plus, swinging and partying in the backyard with hot dog picnic dinner. Whew - a fun Saturday!

Jenna's Closet Photo Shoot

I took off Monday after Easter since the girl's school was closed. A few pictures of happy Jenna. Still attempting to crawl, but not moving forward yet. The past two weekends Jordan has slept in past 8 am, and Jenna has been the first one up.

Moms spend a lot of time in their closets: organizing clothes, hanging clothes, wrapping presents, and doing laundry! So not that odd that I have taken a few really fun photos of the girls - in our closet! HA!

Happy Birthday to Pops

Today is Pops' birthday. Jordan was concerned about not getting to attend his party, but we assured her that we'd celebrate the next time we see him. :) This picture is Jenna and Pops from right before Aunt Cristina's baby shower - so a couple weeks old.

16 3/4 head (20%) - That Wheelis brain is growing!

Jenna is doing great with her growing and eating. Ready to try more table food and meat and keep working on the zippy cup with water. Overall, she did super. Bad news is that her right ear tube is out already. Not sure what this means, but we will find out at our next ENT appointment in 3 weeks. What a bummer. Jenna is doing great with her talking - Ma-Ma and Da-Da as well as waving bye-bye to us. She is all smiles and such a sweet baby girl. Loves her sister and recognizes the entire family. She lights up when we walk into the room, and gets rather upset if she thinks she is being left out.

Jenna was a pretty good sport at both birthday parties this past weekend.
